As you may wonder, the prize money does not influence the PDC Order of Merit. Instead, it serves to enhance standings in the World Series of Darts rankings. Each participant in a World Series event garners at least one point for the Order of Merit. This tally rises to three points for reaching the quarter-finals, five points for a semi-final berth, with the runner-up earning eight points, and the winner amassing a grand total of twelve.
